I installed the Full Driver & Software Package, but some applications were not installed. I am experiencing issues sending a fax. How do I know which receive mode to select?. I keep getting the error message "Authenticate Err (Authentication error)". I just replaced the toner cartridge and the LCD continues to display the message "Toner Life End" or "ReplaceToner".
